   No!  Theories make predictions ALL the time!!   
      
   Once again, kudos for predicting the interbreeding of Neanderthals and   
   Sapiens, although, it appears to have been somewhat infrequent:

   I'm sorry that you did not publish, but you were not the first scholar   
   to have held to this idea.   
      
   As for paleo anthropology, once again, it assumes no reversals in the   
   fossil, and that is a testable prediction that is being verified every   
   single minute of every single day!
