   Yes, the Old covenant was for the Israelites, not the Gentiles, the door was   
   not closed to the Gentiles, but they had to believe in the God of the   
   Israelites.   
      
   The Promise of the Messiah was to Israel. Yet it was mentioned in the OT that   
   he was also coming for the Gentiles to redeem them as well, openly.   
      
   Jesus commanded his disciples to go to the Jew first, when in a new place,   
   and then to the Gentiles for he was promised specifically for them to be   
   their King and rule the world, which will happen in the last Millennium of   
   man.   
      
   In Christ/Messiah Jesus, those who believed in Jesus were counted as   
   Brothers, one flesh. No separation to them, and when Jesus returns in the   
   clouds to gather up his people, those in Christ will arise both dead and   
   alive that remain, And yes, both Jew and Gentile who believe in Jesus.   
      
   When that happens the 70th week of years that Daniel prophesied will occur   
   and at that point the focus is restored upon the Jew. The times will be   
   terrible then, and God is sending out 144k virgin your men to draw as many of   
   them as they can to the Lord and then the Great day of the Lords wrath will   
   fall upon the balance of them. Till they cry. “Uncle”. Then it is that   
   Jesus will return to earth, as their promised Messiah to rule the world with   
   a "rod of iron”. Their land will be as it was in the days of the Garden of   
   Eden.   
      
   There is a whole lot more of data about that time covered in both the OT and   
   the NT. But I did not want to overload you.
