   What's wrong with "surrendering to the high priests"?  I invite you to   
   do this -- show up at any hospital of your choosing and inform the   
   hospital administration and staff that you are going to perform   
   surgeries of any kind of your choosing at no cost to your patients,   
   because, you're a nice person, and as a nice person, you want to do nice   
   things.
