   down. Mantle plumes with nigh unlimitted magma can release so much   
   carbon dioxide and sulphur that global warming did things like the   
   Permian Extinction.

   The history of our genus is 4 million years ago. The Permian Extinction   
   was 250 million years ago. I do not get the relation you want me to   
   agree to. The Earth is some 4.500 million years old, and I do not know   
   how you relate that to Permian or Homo.
