I'm describing the fact that photons don't experience time. This is
why we have "Spooky Action at a Distance."

According to our rules, the speed of light, C, is a universal speed
limit and nothing can travel faster. Yet if you measure one photon
it's entangled pair INSTANTLY reacts regardless of distance -- breaking
our universal speed limit. This is because time does not exist for the
photon, and hence neither does space.

This isn't a "Paradox." This is an inescapable consequence of not
   experiencing time.

I honestly have no way to account for your difficulty with such a simple
concept, except to conclude that you are either mentally retarded or
   perhaps brain damaged.

          ...chemically inhibited?

Drugs? Lots of drugs? Lots & lots of drugs?
