So capitalists love it.        > > ============        > > Arindam, as far as affirmation, I see you as a good guy. Intelligent.       Perhaps with some answers if only people listened [like with hyrdrogen       energy]. Hmmm..People listening? wish you would reconsider 'captialism'...but,       more as the simpler 'fact' of        free nature without individual intellectuals trying to oversee things [via       their ideas, like Karl Marx]. Capitalism, is in effect, simply NATURAL       ORDER...people dealing with one another without government interference [so       influenced by those so called        intellectuals]. Think on a personal level...where you, me, anyone, just wants       just deserve from their own ideas, own industry, labor, or knowhow or       'smarts'. FREEDOM is the answer. Government almost always causes, well, a       worse outcome. For us all.        Mostly. But we'll always perhaps try and remake 'nature' for better existence,       but usually, make it worse. Capitalism probably buffers us from        hat...hmm...flaw in governmental control.       > Capitalism is natural disorder, as it appeals to the worst human qualities.       Fear, greed, selfishness, to begin with, and wars and sicknesses to follow. It       is because of the capitalist swine and their cohorts that my new sciences and       technologies cannot        take off, for they fear new inventions will affect their obscene profits by       wars and pollutions.       -----------------------       'Fear, greed, Selfishness...'? How fearful are those under government that       REQUIRES allegiance, where if one does NOT acquiesce to prescribed 'thought',       they are assigned to, well...gulags at the worst, but in modern times...just       'canceled'? What kind        of world is that...except the masses 'living in'...as you say, 'FEAR'?        "Greed"? Do you seek to maximize your wealth? TO seek your 'best' outcome for       personal gain? Sure you do? I do too? We all ...survey the environment, and       make decisions based on our 'best sense' of personal outcome. Is that GREED?        No, that is '       rational'. Don't judge capitalism by the very few that obtain extraordinary       outcomes [the billionaires per se]., but more by the OPPORTUNITIES that accrue       from people FREE to pursue their own ideas of happiness. We all benefit from       that FREEDOM. The        key word here is FREE. Yes, wealth does provide some with undo influence and       even power, but there is no governmental wall put before us, that any one of       us, if we are clever enough, if we are intelligent enough, if our creativity       provides something        truly valuable to the whole...that we can't become part of that POWER       [wealth]. And to pursue our own creativity, our own productivity, our own       ability to achieve in this world...that is that answer.               Yes, there are...well...less than ideal outcomes in that wealth [of the few       who do succeed]. But far far far better than government politicos trying to       decide the winner and losers by way of their very prejudicial leanings...and       often negating FREEDOM        itself among the citizenry [if they even still comply to the idea of       'citizen']? History is RIFE with examples...most all experiments into       socialism, marxism, or those that profess 'for the people' but end up       murdering millions to stay their power.              No, in spite of its flaws [mainly unequal distribution of wealth], there is       nothing human beings have come up with that even comes close to allowing the       fuller potential of that human creativity to aspire to make things better for       that WHOLE. Socialism,        for example, cannot compete ECONOMICALLY with capitalism..nada, no way.        Socialism has only ONE argument and that is of EQUALITY. But that is a BOGUS       argument for EQUALITY is a human notion 'created' from fantasy; a world that       we'd all like, but in        truth cannot exist [literally]...'cuz, well in nature nothing is EQUAL, but we       all exist along hierarchies of ability, creativity, intelligence, and know       how. Equal opportunity, yes, very doable; equal outcomes, a 'nightmare'       longing of the weak and        under attributed. The system that allows our 'BEST' to arise from among us,       is our best bet to allow our BEST possible world for ALL OF US. And that my       dear Friend [and I do see you as friend no matter how we might disagree]...Is       not so much 'captalism'       ...but FREEDOM. BE FREE. Pursue your dreams. And be very very wary of       GOVERNMENT that offers promises, but curtails that FREEDOM. Government does       NOT define us. Humanity seeks a deeper identity based in moral sense of higher       order. But FREEDOM is...       that nutrient of greatest NEED that we become our very BEST and life remain       WORTHWHILE. Where FREEDOM is extinguished, so also our SOUL...and in time,       our very selves. Capitalism is really just FREEDOM...as explained in FREE       MARKETS. Where no        government can go [except in the most clear circumstances, like public goods       and bads].               May you be well and prosper. [Ha, as Spock might say].              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
