   The fact that it does take intellectuals and economists to justify   
   capitalism means that something is very wrong with the world and the   
   education of the people. In order to justify capitalism, nothing more   
   should be required than looking around you and comparing that view with   
   the view in a history book from 100 years ago. Every metric is better.

   Interesting. I always thought communisms rise is built on the religious   
   reflex, except, that the leaders promise heaven on earth _right now_. Of   
   course economics has explained to us why communism can never work, and   
   every time it fails the leaders proclaim "ahh... but it was not done   
   right that time". ;)
