   I'd not heard of that term before. But it's "ballpark".   
      
   It would be more accurate to say it doesn't "lift you up, or out, of   
   consciousness" so much as make it obvious the "you" in that sentence   
   has never been anything but conceptual modeling/re-presentation,   
   leaving a freedom from the seeming enslaving tyranny of   
   individuality, i.e. from seemingly being one's self.
