   Go to a great magic show! Maybe that will give you your fix? ;) The   
   problem is that it needs to be great, otherwise it just collapses into   
   regular "trickery" and although you can admire the sleight of hand as in   
   skilled craft, the "magic" is not quite there.

   Ahh... Mario Cart came after my era of computer games I think. Maybe you   
   could introduce the children to Tux racer? I think that's a pretty   
   famous clone of mario cart.
