   It *can*... but keep in mind that people don't "get there"   
   at the same time, which means the potential for discord   
   in a marriage setting. So while I *could* be in a state   
   of perpetual blissful peace of mind, my wife sees that   
   as located in some nexus between "kidding yourself",   
   "being a lazy ass", "not knowing how to 'really live'",   
   and quite possibly "wrecking her life". ;-)   
      
   *BUT*, the good news is that conceptual noise is a perfect   
   setting for ratcheting the aforementioned peace of mind   
   capability up several notches, such that blissful peace   
   of mind persists even in conceptually noisy contexts -   
   complete with skills to not let on that that's what's   
   happening amidst all the external obedience.... ;-)
