   So far, so good. Well, I think the drive to fetch him   
   combined with drinking less water than usual impacted   
   (that's a slight joke given what's coming) "backside   
   operations" a bit.   
      
   (New take on a Stones lyric: "You can't.. always shat..   
   when you want....")   
      
   Compounding that interest, it's a day after my final   
   day of several days of prednisone regimen to address a   
   respiratory situation that wasn't going away on its own,   
   and it made me feel so much better overall that this first   
   day without has "hangover" overtones by comparison.   
      
   Dad and I watched "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest"   
   together yesterday afternoon. I'd not seen it in a couple   
   decades, despite owning the DVD (remember those?).   
      
   After my wife's glorious dinner, I then had him watch some   
   Scott Adams, which he enjoyed, and then my favorite movie,   
   "The Family Man" (Nicolas Cage). I've seen it many dozens   
   of times, and yet it still hits me deeply in both the   
   laughs and tears departments. I've not yet figured   
   out why.
