   While of *course* I know there are going to be bullies   
   everywhere, I still feel a bit disoriented when reading   
   of the likes in a Scandinavian country due to my somehow   
   winding up with the impression/belief that Scandinavian   
   peoples were a better breed (which, of course, contains the   
   assumption that the absence of bullying is "better"... I   
   kind of get the feeling that so-called "natural selection"   
   disagrees...).
