   Perhaps the "trainer" was merely alluding to the demands   
   of his own? ;-)   
      
   Weird week. Yesterday, I honestly thought it was Tuesday   
   until something had me looking up what day of the week   
   May 4th is.   
      
   Last night I sent some email to the person that oversees   
   property taxes in our new locale. But, my gosh, I just   
   need to be done with most other people altogether, as   
   it was hitting me that its unlikely he'll derive from   
   my verbiage what he would need to in order to possible   
   take some action I'm hoping he can/will take.   
      
   I say that, because I'm having to go to him because two   
   of his underlings seemingly had no idea what I was talking   
   about in person for some action I think ought to be taken   
   on our behalf. Instead, they argued - and even borderline   
   yelled a couple times - about things unrelated to what   
   I'd hoped they could grasp. Grant it, the yelling was   
   somewhat justified because I did a little yelling of   
   my own - as is easily the case when the topic is   
   taxes. But I'm just never going to consider this   
   ridiculous existence of much value until we've   
   a better way to communicate than with these   
   ridiculously hollow symbols we call - with   
   yet more of the same shells of meaning,   
   for ! - "words"....   
      
   I also spent a little time crafting a Gemini post referring   
   to an html post I mentioned here recently about how to   
   create a "mime hook" for the Lagrange browser, and then   
   attempting to get my feed recognized by "Antenna":

   But of course the link submission wherewithal gave the   
   impression of succeeding, but it's been hours and I'm not   
   seeing my post there, so either I'm not doing something   
   correctly, or the owner of that aggregator decided to ban   
   me somewhere along the line - which couldn't be surprising   
   given what I know about his "positions" on various things   
   that I've likely characterized somewhere along the line   
   as less than intelligent.   
      
   It's too bad I'm not going to live long enough to see him   
   age into positions closer to what mine currently are, and   
   be able to tease him over his past youthful foolishness....
