Fear not my good man, and let our brave physicists explore time and space!

Time is a measure of the duration between events, allowing us to
understand the sequence and pace of occurrences in our universe. It is a
fundamental concept that enables us to make sense of change, motion, and
the evolution of the world around us. Time can be defined as a dimension
that governs the flow of events, with past, present, and future being the
   three primary components.

In physics, time is often described as the fourth dimension, in addition
to the three spatial dimensions of length, width, and height. This concept
is central to our understanding of the universe, from the laws of motion
and gravity to the behavior of subatomic particles.

In physics, space is often described as a combination of three dimensions:
length, width, and height, which are commonly represented by the
coordinates x, y, and z. This concept is central to our understanding of
the universe, from the behavior of subatomic particles to the expansion of
   the cosmos itself.

Let me also add to that, that we do not actually need any ideas or notion
when it comes to time and space. We can all act freely and perfectly well
without any acknowledgement or conscious idea of time and space. In fact,
humanity has done so for 1000s of years.

Time and space can also be mental tools to be used when doing math and
   science.
