   Not quite. If you have evidence for a real world, yet choose to doubt   
   everything, you are no longer being reasonable, and that abandons   
   reasonable discussion as a way to knowledge and truth. True, you are free   
   to believe what you want, but that excludes any form of rational   
   discussion, if you choose to disregard arguments and evidence.

   Incorrect. If I see my hand or a coffee cup on the table, that is proof of   
   an external world. If I wake up, I then update my mental model. I think   
   the vast majority of people are capable of telling the difference between   
   their hands, and hands in a dream, so I don't really see the point of your   
   argument.
