So 'hallucination' is a matter of belief?

If you say the word 'false' as in 'false idea'
it is not true? It is true?

But if you say the word 'hallucination' as
in 'diseased idea' then it is not true? It
   is true?

If you say the word 'science' as in 'science idea'
   it is true, false?

If you say the word 'theism' or 'religion' or 'atheism'
or 'science' it is true? Not true? So is religion
supposed to be evil and science good, or is science
supposed to be evil and religion good? But if you
choose sides, then is that 'diabolis'? But is you
start going into words then 'devil' mutates into
'daemon' into 'devi' or 'deity' if you start talking
about different words in different languages. Then
there is 'technical jargon' in 'science'. If you
can not spell the word 'Alzheimer' without looking
it up then you can be sent to prison until you die?
What crime or law has one broken other than being
unable to spell the word 'technical jargon'? Is
that a house of care that you can not leave? But
why? Because some people 'worship' or 'believe'
in 'science'? Is there really any difference between
'science' and 'religion'? There is the 'rational',
and then to borrow from a bag of curses, not quite
'damn' but 'DSM' there is the term 'rationalization'.
It is not quite 'reason', whatever that means.
So 'truth' was once 'theos' but now truth is
beyond 'lies', it is 'jibberish'? Is that 'science',
is that 'religion'? Who really knows?
