   If the ACA needs those subsidies then it's not affordable and something is   
   wrong.   
   We need a healthcare system that truly is affordable and well designed.   
   The ACA is not that system.   
   Neither is Medicare or Medicaid, although if the bureaucracy and corruption   
   were   
   eliminated, Medicare might be a good starting point with which to build a   
   healthcare plan instead of starting from scratch.
