   Yeah!  And this deregulation will be permanent too because of the new   
   Executive Order proclaiming all Executive Orders by President Trump to be   
   permanent.   Talk about stability, the to be polluters, mining companies etc.   
   need never worry about the bad old non-commonsense days ever!   Soon they'll   
   be selling cheap and profitable cars without mufflers that are coal powered!!
