   The scary part is that many of these far left socialist types actually would   
   like to see America become Venezuela, Cuba, China, etc where they don't have   
   to do a thing because the government will provide for them.   
      
   See Mandami's win in NYC for example.   
      
   That being said, Mandami won in part because younger voters turned out in   
   droves   
   and from their perspective the future looks dismal.   
   Housing costs are insane and due to rents being so high the younger generation   
   see themselves never owning a house because they can't save money.   
   Food, medical, car insurance, and literally everything else in NYC is priced   
   very high.   
      
   So I do not blame them for looking towards a different solution because for   
   them,   
   the current situation is not working.   
      
   The problem is that they don't realize what they are giving up in order to   
   get these "freebies".   
      
   It's going to be an interesting experiment for sure.
