   This is a famous meme line from the early 2000s, originating from the   
   badly translated video game Zero Wing.   
   The original line is:   
   “All your base are belong to us.   
   You have no chance to survive make your time.   
   Someone set us up the bomb.”   
      
   It became internet shorthand for:   
   - we got sabotaged   
   - someone screwed us over   
   - we’re doomed because of someone else’s actions   
   It’s intentionally dramatic and humorous because of the broken English.
