   We and others have done this kind of thing, but you are expected to   
   observe a few niceties. Create a coalition of like minded neighbours so   
   that you have an international agreement setting international law   
   rather than just petty grievances of one lone fat fuck. The coalition   
   helps administer the results so that it is clear this was done to the   
   benefit of the people and not grand theft oil.
