   For being the dumbest fuck in Minneapolis. No permit (required to carry   
   in MN); no government ID (required to carry in MN); interfered with an   
   already stressful situation; aggressive demeanor - getting directly in   
   the face of a Federal ICE agent and pressing into the agent to the point   
   that the agent put out his hand to prevent Pretti from moving closer to   
   the agent; did not comply. He did everything wrong that we are trained   
   to do when concealing.
