   Even if that's true, it's a misdemeanor with a maximum $25 fine.  It's   
   not a capital offense.  OTOH murder has no statute of limitations in MN,   
   so the federal thugs who murdered Pretti will be liable for prosecution   
   once Trump stops protecting them.
