   The NFL is capitalism at it's "best".   
   It's all about money for the elite.   
      
   As for players, the good ones get paid more than the not so good players.   
   So it's also a merit based system as well.   
   DEI wouln't last 10 minutes in the NFL.   
   The person who wrote that report is an abject idiot.
