   Federal judges can be as political active as they want. The question is   
   bias. When matters come before them, they are expected to examine   
   themselves and separate themselves from the matter if they know they are   
   biassed.   
      
   Judges are humans with likes, dislikes, feelings, and aught else. They   
   are expected to be self-aware and have integrity.
