   Trump did it without briefing Congress, let alone getting   
   Congressional approval like Dubya did for his Iraq debacle.   
      
   He watched the operation from the secure site of... Mara-a-Lago.   
      
   He said "Congress are leakers!" (The guys who leaks into diapers   
   and likely a catheter as well.)   
      
   He said "We're going to run the country." He can't even run the   
   U.S.   
      
   He called the Monroe Doctrine by a new name... the "Donroe"   
   doctine. This is somewhat layed out explicitly in Trump's   
   National Security Strategy document.   
      
   Then he rambled on about how safe he made Washington D.C.   
      
   It's not about drugs; he pardoned a far bigger Honduran drug-lord   
   president. It's about setting up a sweet deal for some of his   
   broligarchs.   
      
   It's about Putin giving Venezuela to Trump if Trump let's him have   
   Ukraine, as Fiona Hill noted in Trump's first impeachment in 2019.
