   Notice the shot was from an oblique angle. That (as well as the video   
   itself) shows the shooter was not in the path of the vehicle: the   
   victim was steering away from the ICE agents (all of whom were on the   
   left side) when she was shot, and the place the car ended up after she   
   died confirms it.
