   He was beside the driver's door when he fired at least two shots.   
      
   At that time, he was in no danger AT ALL of being struck by the vehicle.   
      
   If it's all so cut and dried:   
      
   Why won't the feds let the Minnesota authorities examine the evidence?   
      
   Why won't they let the body cam footage be shown?
