   Good was clearly completing a u-turn to depart down an EMPTY roadway.

   This wasn't an "attack". This was a woman in the middle of a 3-point   
   turn who was startled when a masked man came up and grabbed her door.   
      
   And still: the "officer" who you claim was hit could have avoided even   
   the chance of contact by stepping to the right once.
