   Of course they do which is why they are doing everything possible to prevent   
   investigation.   
      
   That being said I'm not sure that the executive branch, Trump, can do anything   
   about it unless clear fraud can be used to take it to the courts.   
      
   I'm a proponent of states rights but I'm not sure if the Constitution allows   
   federal   
   interference in election policies made by the states.
