   FWIW, I'll have to see if I can relocate the cite, but I recall hearing   
   some GOP bragging about how wages were up in January ...   
      
   ... but it went on to note that a reason why wasn't from Fed policy on   
   the overall economy, but merely because 19 States had raised their   
   minimum wage law.
