   They painted the word "MINE" on the garage, and signed it upon the alley.   
   Obviously some crude attempt to mutter some utterly ridiculous "message".   
      
   Needless to say, countermeasures have been taken and I am not intimidated.   
      
   The specific characters used suggest a black gang, but this remains to be   
   proven, and I think that it may be. I have a hunch.
