The shit-for-brain COck-suckers who think that if they don't do it
themselves, or smuggle drugs without the help of other COck-suckers,
and not being in cohutz with them, (to keep that matter silent and away
from wide-range media), would certainly say "it doesn't happen" or "it
   never happens"...

But the fact is, if a COck-sucker is doing it, one does it without
involving anyone else in one's own operation, other than a client. And
there ARE plenty of those COck-suckers in every institution of the
incarceration industry. And any of his clients would tell on him, he'd
certainly deny it, whereas a client's own welfare is always threatened
by his action. This (may be ?) is the reason it never happens...
