Stew, it seems that this Detroyan Horse is looking for a "perfect"
inMATE in the wrong place, but set extremely high expectation for
one... He (or she) is suggesting prisoners' segregation based on level
of their decay, while having no clue whatsoever that the victims of the
incarceration industry are put together as soon as being railroaded to
prison, regardless whether they may just hit 18 or "over the hill", and
the difference in prisoners "decay experience".

I also noticed that this Horse is slanted on blaming the person who
responded to one's offer of help, and attacking the disadvantaged party
   in this "outreach".

I couldn't help myself noticing that you're trying to be apologetic for
the victim of the incarceration industry. Don't you think it's kind of
redundant, considering obvious attack on a person who is already beaten
   to the ground?
