   That's the problem with you, buddy... You may "think" that murder is   
   legal and could be easily performed by using a baseball bat. But the   
   reality is not always accommodates your fantasy. Not in this case,   
   anyway..   
      
   You see, hitting with a bat may not be as fatal as shooting from a gun,   
   depending on so many circumstances... And one can certainly avoid being   
   seriously hurt by a but, especially if one is able to run faster than   
   attacker. Keeping a safe distance is always crucial in avoiding being   
   hurt...
