   This is all about getting Mr. Smith away from the institution.  The   
   question is whether or not he deserves this treatment.  I'm not   
   competent to judge that and neither are you.  I would suggest that if   
   you decide to get involved and do something, that the very first thing   
   that you do be to tell this story to the Internal Audit Dept.
