   I agree. TV is a complete waste of time, a prison in and of itself. I   
   would'nt say that inmates should not have any TV, but I do think that it   
   should be almost %100 educational, manufacturing, business, or trade   
   related.   
      
   But vocational training, education, and drug counseling is all a complete   
   waste of time and money when you have Federal, State and Corporate laws and   
   policies preventing people from finding jobs. Seems a little silly - no?
