   I'd like to see those cites given that every state has a requirement   
   on a parolee that he/she be gainfully employed.   
      
   Now, if you're talking about certain kinds of licensed jobs, sure   
   (doctors, for instance). And obviously jobs where the felon's crime   
   would be a detriment (embezzler working in a bank would be very bad).   
      
   But an across-the-board law saying felons can't have jobs? I call   
   bullshit. Put up or shut up.
