   To all in these newsgroups:   
      
   I understand that my brother, Todd, often reads these postings and   
   tries to cause trouble in an attempt to feel important since his real   
   life has not been going well. I just want all in these forums to know   
   that Todd raped my wife, Kelly.   
      
   While we have forgiven him for the sake of our family, we cannot   
   condone his present behavior and attempts to cause any more trouble. It   
   will only escalate to real-life crimes by him.   
      
   My brother, Todd, posts using the name "Just Plain Insane" for the most   
   part but often uses many other names fabricated using free e-mail   
   accounts. Lately, he has been posting with the name "Gao Red" and also   
   with several others.   
      
   Kelly and I ask that you forgive him like we have and overlook his   
   childish behavior. Any encouragement may cause him to completely lose   
   control and start committing real-life crimes, perhaps more violent   
   ones. Todd suffers from paranoid schizophrenia and we ask your help in   
   making sure that he does not hurt anyone else or himself.
