   Being a felon is not the same as going to Synagogue. No problem. But - after   
   having served one's sentence completely, one is returned to society and in   
   theory this person would be just like everyone else. You return to the real   
   world of supposed sane people. In theory anyway.   
      
   The reality is different, and it matters not WHY, the fact is quite simple   
   that this is a general collection of people who share one single common   
   attribute, being EX-cons, and depriving them of employment is no different   
   than racism or any other hate crime.   
      
   You dont see the reactions to that hate ? In the news when someone go's nuts   
   ? You just cant see the connection. Interesting, but very discouraging.
