Answer the question please, and I'll be more than happy to explore this area
   with you.

But lets start with honesty and brass tax.

If you knew what you were doing was wrong. If you knew that getting a job
after you got caught was going to be rough. If you knew that doing what you
were doing had the possibility of changing your status in society forever in
a bad way - and knowing this, you went out and did whatever you did anyway -
explain for me exactly how and why any company anywhere should be obligated
to accommodate you now? If you're the most skilled worker on the face of
the planet, and Company X doesn't hire you because of your status, the
retribution they get is when their competitor, Company Y does hire you and
realizes greater profit through your heightened skill level. But that's the
risk/gain that X and Y should be free to take/realize on their own.

And if I own my own company, why the hell should I be subjected to laws that
force me to hire people I don't want to hire? If I don't want to hire any
stinking Whiteys, that's my business. And if the Whiteys catch onto this
and stop coming to my establishment, that's their business. It's no
different than forcing bar owners to enforce "no smoking in public" rules in
their establishments. If he wants to let people smoke in his bar, what
business is it of the stinking big brother government?

It just seems like we all bitch about the intrusive Government - until
something happens where we want the G to take action on our behalf....then
   Big G is wonderful.

   We're all stinking hypocrites.
