   Simple answer:   
   Only the Government can prosecute crimms.   
      
   Denying you employment because I don't care for your past is my right in a   
   Capitalist society. And this is where you just don't seem to get it. The   
   Government does not have the right to tell me whom I may and whom I must   
   hire. If you want a Government that controls business to that degree, then   
   I suggest you continue to elect Democrats to office. It will only be a   
   question of time before we rename this place Walden III.

   Nope. I see a man intentionally warping logic to fit his agenda. YOU HAVE   
   NO RIGHT TO A JOB ANYWHERE. And you certainly have no RIGHT to DEMAND that
