Thank you. You see, I was under the impression that only the government
could punish for offenses against state, federal or local laws. Thank you
   for affirming this.

Similarly, who could make a war in the name of the US against another nation
? No citizen has this power.

Similarly, who is authorized to mint his own currency, even if it exactly
resembles US currency ? No citizen has this power.

Similarly, what man is authorized to punish another for crimes against the
state ? No citizen has this authority.

   Thank you.

In many states, you are right. Discrimination is perfectly legal, and even
in states like Wisconsin it is extremely widespread despite the law -
   interestingly.

The question becomes, if the economic apparatus is creating poverty and
ghettos, primarily out of impunity, then are they not responsibel for the
formation of those ghettos and all the crime which comes with them ? Does
this not also implicate government and business as co-conspirators
CATEGORICALLY in each and every instance of crime which may result from this
   process ?

Why is it that there are laws against dumping toxic waste into the soil, but
hate may be poured freely upon as many people as you wish ?

I have no right and I WANT NO RIGHT, nor have I twisted logic other than to
straighten it out. I make NO demands to be employed. My only demand is that
the guilty parties accept responsibility for what they have created, and
that what they have created is in fact a driving force - an undercurrent
which FORCES crimes to occur and they know it.

Insufficient information to be considered a real answer, please try again.
