   I don't necessarily disagree with you on this Soup.   
      
   Yet in the very act of typing those words, I can think of myriad exceptions   
   to the statement:   
      
   Should a chomo be allowed to teach Kindergarten after 10 years?   
   Should a rapist be allowed to run a Woman's Support Group after 10 years?   
   Should a man who was convicted of Securities and Exchange fraud be allowed   
   to invest people's money for them after 10 years?
