   True. And if we manufacture ghettos, and maintain processes which FEED crime

   It is unlawful under the FEA in Wisconsin to deny employment based on a   
   felony unless the felony has any substantial bearing on the particular job.   
   This is not fantasy, this is a very well concealed law which nobody respects   
   anyway.
