We need a separate place where felons can live separarately from       fanatical non-felons. You dont want chomos living next door to the       kindergarten ? Fine. Let them move to an area where they can find employment       and live indepently without anyone being forced to make decisions about       whether or not to hire, whether or not to rent housing, etc etc. Sort of       like an indian reservation. They will all get otu of prison sooner or later,       and so perhaps post-prison banishment is the solution to this problem.              Of course, making such a sacrifice would neccesarily entail some type of       incentive, after all, just think what will happen to your cities when all       the crimms have moved away !!!              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
