   Sure.  Let's see, to get and keep guard job it's very important to be   
   able to count accurately.  You can use your fingers, but they frown on   
   taking off your shoes and using your toes too.  You need about half a   
   brain, but a full brain iis too much as that makes you smarter than   
   your administrators and will get you fired.  You need an excellent   
   attendance record until you have achieved enough seniority that you   
   aren't first on the administrator's shit list;  after that, you can   
   show up whenever the hell you want.  You need to avoid being arrested   
   yourself, as that will get you shown the door.  You need to be either   
   infinitely patient or to not give a fuck in order to deal with   
   equinamity with the BS excreted from the buereaucratic minds of your   
   superiors.  That's about it.  Much the same as the requirements for   
   holding any other civil service job.
