   Time to educate Stewie again.  The number one reason for prison   
   populations is NOT victimless crime.  The statistics for my state   
   break down the inmate population as follows:   
      
   40% --  property crimes   
   33% -- violent crimes   
   14% --  drug possession   
   13% --  drug sale and manufacture   
      
   Even if you combine both drug categories and claim that they are all   
   victimless crimes, victimless crimes run a distant third behind   
   property crimes and violent crimes, both of which have victims.
