   They're referring to LEGAL jobs. Sweatshops employ people ILLEGALLY.

   Prisoners working are not working for the prison as a "career", therefore   
   are not   
   placed in this list. To suggest they be added would suggest they chose   
   their   
   path, chose their punishment, and thus are not slaves.   
      
   But, as we both know, they are serving time for a crime. Community service,   
   atleast of this nature, doesn't qualify as a career.
