   Definition for "enemies" should come before blaming for "treason" et al

   Yeahho! Now you're talking!  But why "common criminals" should be at the   
   disadvantage in application of banishment instead of incarceration? And what   
   fucking difference does it make to a law-abiding people (whose money is   
   being wasted for perpetuation to a damaging to their rights enterprise) what   
   "kind" of offenses led the targeted individual to be ostracized?
